We already use another LIS. How hard is switching?
There is a CSV migration tool for patients, tests and doctors, and we handle the first import with you. Most labs run both systems in parallel for a few days before cutting over.
Will my data be mixed up with other labs’ data?
No. Isolation is enforced in the database with PostgreSQL row-level security on a non-superuser role — one lab can never read another’s records, even in the event of an application bug.
Is the AI making the diagnosis?
No. The assistant drafts an interpretation for the pathologist to review, edit and approve. Nothing is released to a patient or doctor without that human approval. LabMatrix is assistive software, not a medical device.
Are the reports NABL-ready?
Reports follow the NABL format — per-page patient identification, reference ranges, validated-by / approved-by signatories and a bilingual option. Accreditation itself belongs to your lab; LabMatrix is built to align with it.
